English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich

In this video, I’ll be showing you how to make (in my opinion) the BEST ENGLISH MUFFIN EGG SANDWICH ever. It’s so quick and easy to make. I promise you all your dreams (well almost all) will come true once you bite into this fistful of heaven. Make sure to give this recipe a try and let me know what you think! Grab a few eggs and lets get cracking!

INGREDIENTS USED:

  • 2 Frankfurter Sausages (Hot dogs)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper
  • 2 Thomas Original English Muffins
  • 2 Slices of Kraft American Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chipotle Peppers with Adobo Sauce
Eggs
Chop up 2 Jalapeño Peppers
Slice up 2 Frankfurter Sausages
Slice English muffins in half and put to the side
Drizzle a little avocado oil onto pan
Start cooking your sausages.

Add in chopped peppers and eggs
Scramble!
Throw English muffins into toaster oven. You can use a regular toaster as well.
Transfer muffins onto pan
Spread mayonnaise onto one side of muffin. Then place eggs on top.
Add American cheese
Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
Add sauce!
Pop them back into the toaster oven to melt the cheese. You can also put them in the microwave for 10 seconds. Enjoy!
